Membership Levels 

 

Junior Culinarian ($65)-Shall be a high school student between 16 and 18 years of age. 

Student Culinarian ($80) - Shall be a person with less than two years work experience and enrolled in a post-secondary culinary education program or a registered apprentice. This category is subject to a lifetime limit of four years.

Culinarians ($100) - Individuals including line cooks, bakers, pastry cooks or other culinarians not involved in the management or supervision of the respective property. Culinarian membership shall be subject to a lifetime limit of 5 years.  

Professional Culinarian ($175) - A person with at least 3 years full time experience in the profession.

Associate Member ($200) - A representative of a group, company or corporation providing products or services to the culinary profession.  

Allied Member ($170) - A person employed in a field related to the culinary profession (such as dietetics, home economists, food stylists, etc.). 

Culinary Enthusiast Member ($125) - A person of the general non-food professional community that has a passion for the culinary arts. 

Property Member - Shall allow a property to maintain a consistent culinary membership presence within the Culinary/Food and Beverage department of a said property. Each individual member shall remain a Property member as long a he or she is employed by that property. Property Members must also join a local chapter to have regional or national votes.

Military - The American Culinary Federation offers military personnel membership at a discounted rate. A military membership includes all the benefits of an ACF membership including discounts on certification for military.
