Membership Levels
Junior Culinarian - Shall be a high school student between 16 and 18 years of age.
Student Culinarian - Shall be a person with less than two years work experience and enrill in a post-secondary culinary education program or a registered apprentice. This category is subject to a lifetime limit of four years.
Culinarians - Individuals including line cooks, bakers, pastry cooks or other culinarians not involved in the management or supervision of the respective property. Culinarian membership shall be subject to a lifetime limit of 5 years.
Professional Culinarian - A person with at least 3 years full time experience in the profession.
Senior Professional Culinarian - At least 65 years young, retired from employment and have been a Professional Culinarian member for 10 years.
Associate Member - A representative of a group, company or corporation providing products or services to the culinary profession.
Allied Member - A person employed in a field related to the culinary profession (such as dietetics, home economists, food stylists, etc.).
Culinary Enthusiast Member - A person of the general non-food professional community that has a passion for the culinary arts.
Property Member - Shall allow a property to maintain a consistent culinary membership presence within the Culinary/Food and Beverage department of a said property. Each individual member shall remain a Property member as long a he or she is employed by that property. Property Members must also join a local chapter to have regional or national votes.
