This is the monthly publication of the ACF Upper Michigan Chapter. It is dedicated to the advancement, training and education of Chefs, Cooks and others affiliated with the hospitality industry. It is intended to promote excellence in the culinary arts and all other aspects of meeting and exceeding hospitality guest expectations. It is designed to improve job performance and career opportunities through knowledge and exposure to ideas. It is the main communication tool of our chapter.
